Demand Soars For Corporate Bonds

Investors raised money over corporate bond funds for the past week. The demand for fixed rate returns increased as opposed to the backdrop of global government debt yields hitting record lows.

“There were quite a few investors that adjusted for the shock of Brexit, cashed out, and since it hasn’t really materialised it looks like investors are coming back”, Jim Paulsen of Wells Capital Management.
